Ingredients
a bowl of green gram
100 grams of chopped spinach
8-10 mint leaves
green coriander
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
two green chilies
1 teaspoon roasted cumin
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
one teaspoon of coriander powder
a pinch of asafoetida
half teaspoon turmeric
1/2 cup rice flour
juice of half a lemon
Oil (for shallow frying)
Method :
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and grind them finely.
Now mix rice flour in it and knead the dough.
After this, make small balls of this dough and flatten them with the help of your hands.
Heat oil in a pan and fry all the kebabs in it.
Fry this kebab till it becomes crispy and golden.
Green gram kebab is ready. Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
