In this scheme, different conditions have been kept for giving jobs to the players, under which bronze medalists, silver medalists, and gold medalists will be given jobs on different posts, and if the players perform well in the future, they will also be promoted. The highest position in the scheme will be given to the player who has won a gold medal in the Olympic Games. These players will not be given jobs.
In this scheme, jobs will not be given to those players who are not eligible for the conditions of Bihar Government Servant Rules 2005 and 2015. Apart from this, if the age of any player is less than 18 years, then he will also be denied the job. Apart from this, jobs under sports quota will be given on the condition that the players will participate in sports as active players for the next 5 years from the date of appointment and will sign this BOND that they will follow this rule. Any player who withdraws from the BOND will not be eligible for the job. Apart from this, if the player does not fulfill the conditions of the bond letter after taking the job, then he will not get the job.

Let us tell you that to increase the interest of the youth towards sports in the state, 'Bihar Utkrishta Khiladiyon Ki Direct Appointment Rules 2023' has been made by the state government on the lines of 'Bring Medal, Get Job'. A provision has been made to give appointments in government departments to outstanding players who win national and international medals in various sports competitions. Under this, in the year 2023-24, under the Medal Lao-Naukri Pao scheme, 71 outstanding players were given direct appointment letters for class one government jobs in various government departments without examination and interview. So far, 342 players have been given jobs in Bihar.
