According to the statement issued by the Income Tax Department, the due date for submission of the audit report for 2022-23 by any fund, trust, institution, or any university or educational and medical institution in Form 10B/10BB has been extended by one month and Now the new date is 31 October 2023. Also in the statement, the date for filing income tax returns for religious institutions, charitable trusts, and professional bodies has been extended to November 30, 2023.
