To make it healthier, make it with dal. Make it by adding ginger, coriander, cumin and a little ghee. With this dal, you can eat multigrain flour roti or rice. This meal will not only overcome iron deficiency but will also improve digestion.
Pomegranate and Date Chutney
Pomegranate and date chutney is a tasty way to fulfill the iron deficiency in the body. Make a paste by grinding pomegranate seeds and dates and garnish it with cumin, salt and chilli. Your healthy chutney is ready. Along with fulfilling the iron deficiency in the body, it will also remove the problem of constipation. Women who often feel weak must eat it.
Beetroot and Carrot Salad
Prepare this healthy salad by adding beetroot, carrot, green coriander, roasted cumin, black salt and black pepper. Mix grated beetroot and carrot. Add salt, lemon juice and black pepper to it.
