Sesame seeds

Sesame seeds are beneficial to overcome iron deficiency. Iron, copper, zinc, selenium, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin E are found in abundance in them. Dry roast 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and ghee to it. Make laddus out of it and eat it daily. Iron levels can increase rapidly.

Pomegranate

Pomegranate is rich in Vitamin K, Vitamin C, fibre, potassium and protein. More fibre is also found in it. It is beneficial to remove anaemia. Vitamin C present in pomegranate helps in absorbing iron in the body.

Eat dates, figs and raisins

Dates, figs and raisins contain high amounts of iron, magnesium, copper, vitamin A and C. Soak 2 dates, 2 figs and some raisins every night. Eat it in the morning on an empty stomach. The difference will be felt within a few days. Strength will also remain in the body.

Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is also a good source of beta-carotene, vitamin K, folic acid, calcium, iron, protein and vitamin C. Blood-purifying properties are also found in it. Take 1 teaspoon of wheatgrass every morning. Immunity will be boosted and iron level will also increase.
