Understanding the importance of happiness, the United Nations General Assembly resolved to celebrate Happiness Day internationally on 12 July 2012. Later, the International Day of Happiness started on 20 March 2013. On this day people are told about the importance of being happy. Along with this, ways or solutions to remain happy are also explained so that the person can feel relaxed in achieving his goals and can live a healthy life. Communicate with loved ones
A busy lifestyle keeps you away from family, close ones, and friends. Due to busy life, people do not have time for each other. In your busy lifestyle, take some time and talk to your loved ones. Talking reduces distance and also provides relief from anxiety and depression. This can be a good way to be happy.

Enjoy everything

Even in a state of anxiety and depression, a person starts moving away from happiness. Yoga, meditation, and exercise are a great way to remain stress-free. This keeps the body in shape and the mind and brain remain calm. You can choose such exercises which you enjoy doing.

Go on a trip
If you take some time for yourself in your busy life, you will be able to feel happiness. You can take out two-three days and go on a trip somewhere. Friends, family, or even solo traveling will freshen your mood. It will give you some time of peace away from the daily tiredness and frenzy of life. If you do not have time and money for traveling, then you can sometimes go to a park, temple, or restaurant, where you will be able to take some time for yourself.

Learn something new
Many times daily lifestyle makes people feel bored. When boredom comes in life, even your favorite thing or work does not make you feel happy. Therefore, bring changes in your lifestyle. Have a desire to learn something new. At any age, the desire to learn something new will make you feel happy. You can also reduce stress and maintain curiosity in life by joining a dance class, cooking class, painting, or any other activity.
