How to View Instagram Posts You've Liked or Commented On:

For Android & iPhone:

  1. Open the Instagram app on your Android device or iPhone.
  2. Tap your profile picture at the bottom right to access your profile.
  3. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
  4. Select the "Your Activity" option.
  5. Under "Interactions," tap "Likes" to view posts you've liked or "Comments" to see your comments on other posts.

For Computer:

  1. Open Instagram in any web browser.
  2. Log in to your Instagram account.
  3. Click "More" at the bottom left.
  4. Choose "Your Activity."
  5. Click "Interactions."
  6. Now, click "Likes" at the top to see liked posts or "Comments" for your comments on other posts.

How to Remove Likes from Multiple Instagram Posts at Once:

For Android & iPhone:

  1. Open the Instagram app.
  2. Tap your profile picture at the bottom right to go to your profile.
  3. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
  4. Choose "Your Activity."
  5. Tap "Likes."
  6. Tap "Select" at the top right.
  7. Now, tap the circle on the posts you want to unlike.
  8. Select "Unlike" at the bottom.
  9. Confirm by tapping "Unlike."
