Normally in the body, hormones go through circadian rhythms, with cortisol being at its lowest point at 2:30 a.m., and peaking at 8:00 a.m." Cortisol is at its highest at 2:00 a.m., but during adrenaline fatigue, you get a spike of cortisol at 2:30 a.m., which wakes you up in the middle of the night.

In this situation, you are completely tired in the morning when you should wake up when the alarm clock goes off. Have you ever woken up by your alarm clock and said, "If I could sleep now, I'd probably get the best sleep I could?" This means that your hormones have become unbalanced.

Normally, sugar is supposed to be stored by the liver and released slowly throughout the night, and if this doesn't happen, sugar levels can go up or down, causing you to lose sleep. Its name is Insulin Resistance (IR), which will also force you to urinate at night and it is only because your blood sugar level is low.

According to Nikhil Vats, to avoid this, we have to make some changes in our diet. For this, along with including electrolytes (potassium, calcium, and magnesium) in the food, you should avoid excessive stimulants like caffeine, that is, you should drink tea and coffee at least and avoid it at night. Apart from this, walking is the best exercise, along with it is also necessary to reduce your stress to get restful sleep.
