RLWL
This refers to Remote Location Waiting List. The chances of this waiting list getting confirmed are very high. RLWL is the quota of berths of small stations.

PQWL
PQWL refers to Pooled Quota Waiting List. If you book a ticket between two stations falling on the route of the train and it goes into the waiting list, then it is called PQWL. This waiting list is confirmed when the passenger of that area cancels his ticket.

GNWL
GNWL refers to General Waiting List. If you book a ticket from the place where the train is starting and it goes into the waiting list, then it is called general waiting list. The chances of this ticket getting confirmed are quite high.
