India Post GDS Notification 2023: How many posts are vacant
According to the official notification, through this process, 40,889 vacancies of Branch Post Master and Assistant Branch Post Master / Dak Sevak will be recruited in India Post. Selection for recruitment to these posts will be done based on merit. Selected candidates for Branch Post Master posts will be given salaries ranging from Rs 12000 to Rs 29380 per month. Whereas, for other posts, a monthly salary of Rs 10,000 to Rs 24,470 will be available.
India Post Bharti 2023: Who will be able to apply
The minimum age for recruitment to these posts in India Post has been fixed at 18 years and the maximum age at 40 years. However, the upper age limit will be relaxed for the reserved category candidates as per the government rules. Apart from this, the candidate should have passed the 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Mathematics and English subjects.
