How to make spinach juice
- Wash spinach and mint leaves and put them in a blender.
- Now add a small piece of ginger to it.
- Add 2 cups of water in it and mix it.
- When it is ground well, filter it in a glass with the help of a filter.
- Mix black salt and roasted cumin in it and consume it.
