These things are needed to make tricolor pulao
3 cup basmati rice, 5-6 cloves, 1-inch piece of cinnamon, 3-4 small cardamom, 1 big cardamom, 1 carrot, half tsp cumin, 1 cup grated paneer, 1 cup ghee, 3 green chilies, 2- 3 garlic, a small piece of ginger, 1/2 cup green peas, salt as per taste, little orange color, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup chopped onion, 50 grams coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon grated coconut
First cook white rice
To make Tiranga Pulao, first of all, simply cook plain Basmati rice. After this, heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onions, and fry till it turns pink. Add paneer and a little salt to the onion and stir well. When it starts to cook, mix cooked rice in it and fry it. When it is cooked, keep it aside.
How to make an orange casserole
To make tricolor pulao, you will also have to prepare orange pulao. To make orange pulao, heat ghee in a pan and cook it by adding grated carrots. When it is cooked, add one cup of pre-cooked rice and fry it. Add orange juice, 1 cup water, salt, and 5-6 drops of orange color to it and cook. When it is cooked, remove it and keep it aside.
Method of preparation of green pulao
To prepare green pulao, all you have to do is grind coriander leaves, coconut, green chilies, ginger, and garlic to a paste. After preparing this paste, heat some ghee in a pan and add cumin and paste to it and mix. Now put green peas, salt, and 1 teaspoon of water in it, cover the lid, and let it cook. When it is cooked, add one cup of cooked rice to it and stir it well.
How to prepare tricolor pulao
After preparing all three types of pulao, first of all, apply ghee in a big utensil. After this, put the orange-colored casserole in the pot at the bottom. After this grate the cheese on top of the orange pulao. After grating the paneer, spread the white pulao in this utensil. After spreading the white casserole, once again spread some grated cheese on it. Last, add green rice and spread it, and put grated paneer on top.
When you have made the fix of these three rice, then cook it on low flame for ten minutes. After this, turn this vessel into a plate. Your tricolor pulao is ready to be served. Serve it hot with green coriander chutney.
