Ingredients required to make Sugar Free Gujiya
¼ cup figs
½ cup dates
½ cup white urad
½ cup rice flour
A pinch of salt
Desi ghee as required
1 cup mixed dry fruits (cashews, almonds, walnuts, raisins)
1 teaspoon big cardamom powder
100 grams khoya

How to make Sugar Free Gujiya? (How To Make Sugar-Free Gujiya)
To make sugar-free gujiya, first of all, take figs and dates.
Then soak them in hot water and keep them aside.
After this, add rice flour, ground urad dal, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Then knead a soft dough by adding one spoon of desi ghee and hot water as required.
After this, put two spoons of desi ghee in a pan and melt it.
Then add dry fruits to it and fry on low flame till it becomes golden.
After this, take out the roasted dry fruits in a vessel and leave them to cool.
Then put the dry fruits in the mixie and grind them well.
Along with this, mash figs and dates too well.
Then put khoya in a pan and fry it well.
Along with this, add dry fruits, mashed figs, and dates to it and mix.
Then at last add cardamom powder to it and mix it well.
After this, knead the dough once more for 2 minutes.
If you want to bake Gujiya, preheat the oven.
Then make small balls of dough and roll them like a poori.


After this, keep 2 spoons of prepared stuffing in it and make Gujiya.
If you want to fry Gujiya then heat desi ghee.
Then you put Gujiya in it and deep fry it till it becomes golden.
If you want to bake them, then bake them in the oven for about 15 to 18 minutes.
