How to get rid of gas problems during pregnancy
Fenugreek water
Drinking fenugreek seed water can prove beneficial for pregnant women. Before sleeping at night, soak one spoonful of fenugreek in a glass of water filter this water in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach. This will relieve stomach irritation. The problem of gas can be reduced to a great extent.
Drink lukewarm water
To overcome digestive problems during pregnancy, you can drink lukewarm water. With this, the digestive system works properly and the problem of flatulence or gas formation will also reduce.
Cardamom
Cardamom is also very effective in providing relief from gas. If you are feeling gas or flatulence, you can eat a cardamom. You can also drink cardamom tea.
Cumin water
It works like a magical drink in problems like gas. It improves digestion and reduces gas formation. If you are facing a gas problem then you can consume cumin water. Soak cumin seeds overnight filter the water and drink it in the morning.
Mint tea
