District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav said that the e-EPIC Voter Card is a non-editable PDF version of the original Voter ID card. The PDF version of the Voter ID can also be used as address proof along with identity. This digital ID proof can be stored in a mobile phone or digital locker for easy access.

Visit the National Voter Portal at ECI.gov.in, new users have to register first, now click on the option to download e-EPIC. After this enter the e-EPIC number or form reference number, now an OTP will come on your registered mobile number. After this, the option of e-EPIC download will appear.
