Material :
1 cup washed urad
two and a half cups of curd
two teaspoons of salt
two teaspoon of cumin powder
two teaspoons of green coriander
1/4 tsp black pepper
Half a teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon black salt
oil for frying
Chaat masala for garnishing
Method :
First, soak urad dal for 5 to 6 hours and then grind it to make a paste.
Now beat this dal paste well and then keep the oil for heating.
After this, take water in a vessel and add salt to it and mix it well.
When the oil is hot, make vadas from this paste and fry them till they turn golden brown.
When the vadas are fried well, take them out of the oil and put them in salt water.
Now squeeze these vadas out of the water and then keep them in a bowl.
After this garnish the vada with curd, cumin, black pepper, sweet chutney, salt as per taste, and chaat masala, and serve.
