Ingredients needed to make Rabri Kheer-
1/4 cup rice
2 liters of milk
10-12 cashews
10-12 almonds
10-12 pistachios
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp desi ghee

How to make Rabri Kheer? (How To Make Rabri Kheer)
To make Rabri Kheer, first of all, take one liter of milk.
Then put milk in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat.
After this, wash the rice and soak it in water for about half an hour.
Then boil the milk while stirring and keep sticking the cream on the sides of the pan.
After this, keep sticking the cream on the sides until the milk is reduced to half.
Then when the milk gets cooked to half, you put all the cream in the milk and mix it.
After this, after turning off the gas, take out the milk cream in a vessel and keep it separately.
Then put 1 tablespoon of desi ghee in another pan and melt it.
After this, add chopped cashews and almonds and fry them and take them out on a plate.
Then when it cools down, cut them into small pieces.
After this, after wiping the pan with a cloth, add the remaining one liter of milk and boil it.
Then when the milk starts boiling, grind the soaked rice coarsely and add it.
After this, while stirring the kheer well, cook it for about 2-3 minutes.
Then add cashews and almonds to it and cook it well.


After this, add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix.
Then you put cooked milk cream in it and cook for about 2-3 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now your flavourful Rabri Kheer is ready.
Then keep it in the fridge for about 1 hour and serve it cold.
