Hibiscus flowers are full of many qualities. Hibiscus is called Jasood in Gujarat. In Ayurveda, we call it Japa. Hibiscus flowers are sweet in taste and astringent in taste. According to Ayurveda, they are cold in terms of energy. It can reduce vitiated pitta and also balance Kapha. Even the use of hibiscus flowers also works to make hair healthy and beautiful. So let's know how to use hibiscus flowers according to Ayurveda.

Ways to use hibiscus flower: -
Hibiscus tea

Put 5 hibiscus petals in a glass of boiling water. After boiling for 2 minutes, take it off the flame. Sieve and let it cool. People with pitta-dominant working habits and staying up late at night tend to lose hair due to excess heat trapped under the skin. Hibiscus tea helps to control excess heat and balance pitta.

Hibiscus Hair Rinse
Soak 10 petals of hibiscus flower in 500 ml (2 cups) of water overnight. Next morning, squeeze the flowers with your hands and take them out of the solution. Apply filtered tea to your hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap. Wash off with warm water after 20 minutes.

Hibiscus oil
Make a paste by grinding hibiscus leaves and flowers and mix it in virgin coconut oil. Boil together on low heat till the water content disappears. Let sit and pour for 48 hours. Filter it and keep it in a clean glass bottle.

Hibiscus for anemia
Dry 20 to 30 hibiscus buds in the shade and grind them finely. Store in an airtight container. To improve your Hb, take half a teaspoon twice a day with honey.

Hibiscus for diabetes
Soak the flower in water overnight and filter it the next day and drink it sip by sip in the morning.

Due to its pitta pacifying and antihemorrhagic properties, hibiscus flowers are widely used in the treatment of pimples, bleeding disorders, or bleeding gums. These are good for heart health. Also, they are effective in reducing blood pressure and cholesterol. They help diagnose problems like anemia, piles, insomnia, UTI, and bleeding. After knowing its properties, it can be said that Hibiscus flowers are miraculous.
