2 green chilies finely chopped
1 onion chopped
2 potatoes medium size
Oil for frying
2 beetroot medium size
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp flour
Half a teaspoon dried mango powder
Salt as per taste

To make beetroot tikki, first of all, take 2 potatoes and 2 beetroots.
Then you peel both of them well and boil them in the cooker with three whistles.
After this, mash the potatoes and beetroot well in a bowl.
Then you add finely chopped onions, green chilies, dried mango powder, and red chili powder to it.
Along with this, add roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, finely chopped coriander, salt, and half a cup of bread crumbs.
