Green Moong Cutlet Recipe
To make green moong cutlets, first, wash the soaked green moong thoroughly and put them in the mixer. Then add curd, paneer, green chilies, garlic, ginger, roasted cumin powder and salt along with it and grind them finely to make a thick paste. Keep in mind that do not add water to it at all, otherwise, the mixture may become too watery. Its thickness should be such that tikkis can be made comfortably on hand.
Now take out all the mixture in a bowl and take the dough on your hand and shape it into tikkis. Then heat the griddle on the gas and apply only that much oil on it, so that the cutlets do not stick to the griddle, then bake these tikkis till they turn golden brown from both sides. Your hot healthy green moong cutlets are ready. Serve them with green chutney, ketchup or curd as per your choice.
