To make High Protein Sprouts Salad: 1/2 cup sprouted moong, 1/4th finely chopped capsicum, 1 medium-sized onion finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1/2 cup green coriander leaves chopped, 1/4th cup Take finely chopped fresh coconut, 1/4 cup chopped paneer, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1/4-1/2 cup roasted peanuts. Then for dressing take 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp chili flakes, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp black pepper, salt as per taste, and 2 tsp lemon juice.
Sprout Salad Recipe
To make sprouts salad, soak whole moong dal in water and keep it for a few hours. Then when it gets wet, wash it after removing the water from the lentils tie it to a clean cotton cloth and keep it for a day.
The next day, when the sprouts come out in the lentils, mix capsicum, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, coconut, paneer, ginger, green chilies and peanuts together.
