Material
Milk – 2 cups
Turmeric lump - 1
Dry fruits – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1

Method
1. First of all boil milk in a vessel.
2. After this, remove the milk from the gas and keep it aside.
3. Add ghee in a pan. Then add cumin, black pepper powder, and cinnamon powder.
4. After all the ingredients are roasted well, grind turmeric powder and add it.
5. Grind ginger and add it to the mixture.


6. Then pour milk into a glass and add finely chopped dry fruits into it.
7. Boil milk and add spices to it.
8. Cook the spiced milk for 5 minutes.
9. Your healthy turmeric milk is ready.
10. By consuming it you can get relief from cold and flu.
