Ingredients required to make Kaju Korma-
50 grams cashews
4 tomatoes (250 grams)
10-12 cashews to be ground into the spice
Garam Masala Whole
1 large cardamom
2 cloves
6-7 black pepper
2-3 cinnamon
100 grams cream
1-inch ginger
1 green chili
2-3 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp green coriander
1 pinch asafoetida
¼ tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Less than ¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp red chili
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder

How to make Kaju Korma?
To make Kaju Korma, first take tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger.
Then wash and chop all these things and put all these things in a mixer jar.
After this, put cashews in the mixer jar and grind them to make a paste.
Then you heat a pan and put oil in it.
After this, add cashews to it and fry them lightly brown while stirring.
Then put cumin seeds in hot oil and fry till it becomes golden.
After that add asafoetida, turmeric powder, whole garam masala, and peeled black cardamom.
Then you fry all these things lightly.
After this, add tomato, cashew, green chili, and ginger paste.
Then you cook it until the oil floats on the spices.
After this, add red chili powder to it and mix.
Then add garam masala and cream to it and mix.
After this, add half a cup of water to this gravy and mix it.
Then you cook it till it boils.
After this, add some green coriander to it and mix.
Then add salt and roasted cashews to it and cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Now your delicious Kaju Korma is ready.
Then garnish it with green coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
