Then slowly bend one leg and place it on the thigh of the other leg. After this, join both your hands take a long breath, and move them straight upwards. Remain like this for about 30 seconds. Then exhale and become normal. Repeat this 8 to 10 times. By doing this asana your heart will become healthy.

2. Setubandhasana
To do this asana, lie down straight on the ground. Then take both your hands from below and hold your feet. Hold your feet in such a way that your feet are slightly raised. Remain like this while exhaling for 20 seconds. After this, you relax. This will improve your heart health.

3. Bhujangasana
