How is this dish made?
Bamboo shoots are used to make Khorasan. To make it, the outer layer of the soft bamboo shoot has to be peeled until the white part is visible. After this, crush the bamboo shoots in a mixer or mortar. After that keep it in a glass jar. Leave it for a week to ferment naturally. After this, remove excess water from it. Now add mustard oil, chilli and salt to it. Your Khorasan pickle is ready.
