Disadvantages of drinking tea and coffee on health-

1. High blood pressure

Coffee contains a large amount of caffeine, due to which it increases blood pressure rapidly. This increases the risk of serious diseases like heart attack, stroke. If you have heart disease or have a complaint of high BP, then drink coffee in very small quantities.

2. Lack of sleep

We drink coffee because we feel refreshed and sleep and fatigue disappear. Due to this, alertness increases, but if you drink coffee in excess, then due to caffeine, sleep will not come at the right time and also the sleeping pattern will be completely disturbed.

3. Dementia disease

People who drink more than 5 or 6 cups of coffee in a day have an increased risk of dementia. This is a mental disease in which the patient is not able to behave normally mentally. Also, due to this, diseases like high blood pressure, heart attack, and stroke can occur.

4. Digestion Problem

Drinking coffee has the worst effect on our stomach as it releases gastrin hormone which increases the activity of the colon. If you drink too much coffee then the problem of indigestion may arise.
