Essential ingredients for making mint water-

1-2 bunch mint

1/2 inch piece of ginger

1/2 tsp dry mango powder

1 green chili

1 tsp tamarind pulp

1/2 tsp pomegranate powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp cumin

1-2 Pinch black pepper powder

1 pinch of roasted cumin powder

1 pinch of red chili powder (optional)

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

1 pinch of black salt

Plain salt as per taste

How to make mint water?

To make mint water, first of all, take a mint.

Then put it in water and wash it thoroughly.

After this, break its leaves and keep them separately.

Then put mint leaves, ginger pieces, tamarind pulp, and green chilies in the mixer jar.

After this, grind all these things very smoothly.

Then with the help of a sieve, filter this mixture.

After this, add 2 glasses of cold water to this mixture and mix it.

Then add dried mango powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, and black salt to it.

Along with this, add cumin and plain salt as per taste and mix.

If you want, you can also add a pinch of red chili to increase the spiciness in it.

Then at the end add one spoon of lemon juice to mint water and mix.

After this, keep this water in the fridge for about half an hour to cool down.

Now your chilled mint water is ready.

Then you serve it in a serving glass by putting 1-2 ice cubes on top.
