How to make Bread Pakora
To make bread pakora full of taste, first, boil the potatoes and peel them off. After this, put the potatoes in a utensil and mash them well. After this add finely chopped green chilies, green coriander, red chili powder, kasoori methi, and dry mango powder to the mashed potatoes. Now mash all the ingredients well with the potatoes. After this, keep the potato masala aside.
After this, take another utensil with a deep bottom and put gram flour in it. After this add a little red chili and a pinch of salt to the gram flour. After this prepare the batter by adding water as per the requirement. Now take the bread and spread the potato stuffing on top of it. After this, place another piece of bread on top of the potato and press it.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take bread with potato stuffing and dip it well in gram flour solution and then put it in the pan and deep fry it.
