Material :
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 cauliflower
1/2 cup peas
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 onion
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1/2 cup curd
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon
2-3 star anise
2 green cardamom
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp biryani masala
salt to taste
Method :
First of all, put oil in a vessel. Now put chopped onions in it and let them become crisp.
After this add bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin, star anise, and cardamom and cook it well.
Now add ginger garlic paste to it and let it cook.
After this add all the vegetables including carrots, cauliflower, and peas, and mix them well.
Now add red chili powder, black pepper, salt, and biryani masala and cook it well.
After this add some curd and let it cook for some more time.
Finally, take the cooked rice and pour it over the cooked masala.
Finally, garnish the biryani with dry fruits and crispy onions.
