Ingredients needed to make Parsi Faluda-

Falooda sev 1 packet

Milk 1 glass (chilled)

Cold curd 1 cup

Sabja seeds 1 tbsp

Rooh afza 1 cup

Ice cream ½ vanilla

Watermelon 1 cup

Cherries 10 pieces

Ice as required

Coconut 2 tbsp

Rabri 3 tbsp

How to make Parsi Falooda?

To make Parsi Faluda, first of all, take Faluda.

Then you keep it soaked in water for a while.

If you want, you can also boil Faluda for about 5 minutes.

Then filter the falooda with a sieve and add one spoon of oil to it.

After this, put the vegetable seeds in water for some time and keep them.

Then put cold milk and curd in a vessel and whisk it well.

After this, add watermelon, falooda, and vegetable seeds to it and mix well.
