ingredients for making naan
Flour, baking soda, salt, powdered sugar, whipped curd, oil, hot water, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped coriander, butter
Method
It tastes delicious with Kadai Paneer. To make naan roti at home, mix flour, a pinch of salt and powdered sugar in a bowl. Now add curd and baking soda to it and leave it for two minutes. Later, mix oil and lukewarm water in flour and knead the dough soft. Add light oil to the bowl and knead the dough again. After preparing the flour, keep it like this for some time.
Now make small balls of the dough, then roll them into long balls and spread them after sprinkling finely chopped garlic and green coriander. If you want, do not add garlic, it depends on your taste. Now turn the naan and apply light water on the other side and pat it with your fingers. Heat the pan upside down on the gas and place the naan in it in such a way that it sticks. Cover and cook the naan, when it starts cooking, turn it and cook it from the other side. Now just serve it hot.
