Ingredients required to make beetroot dip-

Curd 1/2 cup

Beetroot puree 2 teaspoons

Mustard seeds 2 teaspoons

Green onions 2 teaspoons

Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon

Oil 2 teaspoons

Asafoetida ½ teaspoon

Black salt ½ teaspoon

Roasted cumin seeds 1 ½ teaspoon

Urad dal 2 teaspoons

Green chilies a little

Curry leaves a little

How to make Beetroot Dip?

To make beetroot dip, first of all, strain the curd thoroughly.

Then you keep it in a sieve for at least half an hour to filter.

After this, you put beetroot puree in curd.

Then add all the spices to it and mix well.

After this, put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it for tempering.

Then add 2 teaspoons mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon asafoetida, 2 teaspoons urad dal, and 5-7 curry leaves and fry it.

After this, add this tempering to the beetroot mixture and mix it well.

Now your tasty and healthy beetroot dip is ready.
