Ingredients required to make Bhindi Kadhi-

1/2 kg bhindi

1 cup curd

2 tbsp gram flour

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp red chili powder

2 tbsp oil

For tempering

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

2 whole red chilies

2 tbsp desi ghee

1-inch piece cinnamon

How to make Bhindi Kadhi?

To make Bhindi Kadhi, first of all, take curd in a big pan.

Then add gram flour to the curd and mix well.

After this, add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt as per taste.

Then you blend to mix all these things well.

After this, add about 2-3 cups of water to it and blend it once more.

Then put the curd-gram flour mixture in a pan and cook on low flame.

After this, put some oil in another pan and heat it.

Then put chopped okra and a little salt in hot oil and fry till it becomes crisp.

After this, put desi ghee in a saucepan and melt it.

Then add cumin, dry red chili, and cinnamon to it and temper it.

After this, add the fried okra and temper to the curry.

Then mix the curry well and cover and cook for about 7-8 minutes.

Now your Punjabi-style Bhindi Kadhi is ready.
