Ingredients required to make beetroot chutney-
2 beetroot
2 tomato
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 green chili
2 tbsp green coriander
3-4 dry red chili
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cumin 1
tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
How to make beetroot chutney?
To make beetroot chutney, first of all, take beetroot.
Then peel it and cut it into small pieces.
After this, finely chop tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
Then put chopped beetroot, tomato pieces, and steep red chilies in a vessel.
After this, put some water and salt in it and cook it on high flame.
Then you cook it stirring continuously for about 10 minutes.
After this, turn off the gas and leave it to cool down.
Then put it in a mixer jar and grind it to make a puree.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Then put cumin seeds in it and fry them for a few seconds.
After that add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies and fry for a while.
Then mix garam masala and red chili powder in it and cook.
After this, add this roasted spice to the prepared puree and mix.
Then add one spoon of sugar and salt as per taste and mix it.
After this, cook the chutney till it thickens and turn off the gas and let it cool.
Then when it becomes slightly hot, add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves to it and mix.
Now your beetroot chutney full of taste and nutrition is ready.
