These neck exercises will give relief from cervical pain

1. Neck Stretch

-First of all, sit with your body straight.

-Now move your chin forward.

-Do this until you start feeling a stretch in your neck.

-Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then take your head to normal position.

-After this, move the head backward raise the chin, and stay for 5 seconds.

-Do this 5 times.

2. Neck tilt

-Sit with a straight back and bring the chin downwards.

-Try to touch your chest with your chin.

-Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then come back to the normal position.

-Do this at least 5 times.

3. Side to Side Neck Tilt

-Sitting straight, tilt your neck to one side.

-When your ear starts touching the shoulder, stop.

-After remaining in this position for about 5 seconds, come back to the normal position.

-Now take the head in a normal position bend the neck towards the other shoulder and remain in that position for 5 seconds.

-Do this 5 times.

4. Neck Turn

-Sit with your back straight and turn your neck to one side.

-Rotate the neck as much as possible and remain in this position for about 5 seconds.

-Now bring the neck to normal position and then rotate it to the other side.

-Do this 5 times.
