Suddenly falling while dancing in the procession and dying of a heart attack. While working out in the gym, the heartbeat stops, or suddenly the breath stops while walking. Is it all just a coincidence? We are seeing such pictures every day. According to Dr. Neeraj Bhalla, Director of Cardiology, BL Kapoor Max Hospital, no healthy person gets a sudden heart attack like this. He said that many times people do not have a proper idea of the inner condition of their hearts.
How does a heart attack come?
Fat gradually starts accumulating in the arteries that supply blood to the muscles of the heart. Because of this, it starts getting blocked due to which blood does not reach the veins of the heart. When the arteries become more blocked then suddenly the blood supply to the heart stops. This is the reason why heart attack occurs.
This mistake of Indians is heavy on the heart
The amount of cholesterol in the arteries of Indians is high, which is why they are more at risk of heart disease, but this is only one reason. Apart from this, not exercising at all, wrong eating i.e. consumption of high salt and sugar, or excessive consumption of things like fried-roasted and junk foods increases the risk of heart disease. If a patient has high blood pressure, then the risk of heart attack can be much higher than the rest.
What to do to solve the problem?
If the daily lifestyle is improved i.e. the intake of sugar and salt in food should be reduced considerably, fried food and junk food should be eaten at least once or twice a month and daily or at least 5 days a week. If you exercise for at least 30 minutes, then the risk of heart attack can be reduced to a great extent.
