3 cups mixed vegetables
1-inch piece grated ginger
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
half an onion finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
half bell pepper
3 tbsp sweet corn
3 tbsp finely chopped cabbage
½ cup ear flour slurry
chopped green onions
black peppercorns
three to four tablespoons of oil
salt to taste
How to make Ginger-Garlic Soup
To make it, you first take onion, carrot, and capsicum vegetables, after that wash them thoroughly and chop them finely. Now cut ginger and garlic into pieces. Add water to the kept vegetables and let it boil on medium heat by adding half a teaspoon of salt, boil the vegetables and keep them in a vessel, after that put oil in a pan and let it heat, then add finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger and fry it.
Now add capsicum and carrots and fry them too, after 2 minutes add boiled vegetables and let them boil for 5 more minutes. After this, make a slurry of corn flour and pour it into it and add half a cup of water to it, let it cook well, your soup is ready. After this, add black pepper powder, and salt as per taste, and cook for two more minutes, after this your ginger garlic soup will be completely ready.
