Oil pulling means to 'rinse with oil'. This is not the latest technology or method but it is one of the oldest Ayurvedic techniques. In Ayurveda, our stomach and mouth have been considered very important. It is believed that if your stomach and mouth are healthy then your whole body is healthy. Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment for maintaining oral health. In this, many problems related to the mouth are treated using different types of oils.

How to do oil pulling
Material:
one tablespoon of sesame oil
sunflower oil
coconut oil

Method:
In the morning, about 20 minutes before breakfast, cross your legs and sit down.
Now take about one tablespoon of any oil mentioned above in your mouth by keeping your chin upwards.
Then close the mouth and rotate the oil well inside the mouth with a little force.
Be careful not to ingest the oil, as it may contain bacteria as well as harmful toxins, which leave negative effects on health.
When the oil turns milky white, spit it out.
After this, rinse thoroughly with warm water or plain water.
After rinsing, brush with paste and brush.
You can do this method thrice daily on an empty stomach.
