Spinach bundle 1
Kashmiri red chili 5-6 dry
Garlic cloves 7-8
Mustard oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
Saunf 1 tsp

To make Kashmiri Saag, first, wash and chop the spinach thoroughly.
Then heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker, add garlic and fry it.
If you want, you can also add a pinch of asafoetida to enhance the taste.
If you want, you can also add cumin seeds to it.
Then put dry Kashmiri red chilies in the cooker and fry till the color changes.
After this, put spinach in it and stir a little and add some salt.
Then when the spinach cooks for a minute or two and starts releasing water, add some more water to it.
