Material
Potato - 300 grams
Red chili - 2 tbsp
Refined oil - as needed
Garlic cloves - 3-4
Maize flour - 1 cup
salt to taste
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Onion - 2
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Chili Sauce - 2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Water - 5 cups
Method
1. First of all wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly. After this cut it into the shape of a fry.
2. After this, boil water in a big vessel. When the water starts boiling, put potatoes in it and let it cook on low flame.
3. After the potatoes are cooked, add finely chopped garlic and red chilies to them.
4. Now add corn flour and salt to it. Keep the mixture aside for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add potatoes after the fixed time so that the potatoes mix well in the mixture.
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till they become crispy.
7. To make potatoes crispy, you can also fry them twice, but keep in mind that the potatoes should not be too hard.
8. After this heat oil in a separate pan and add chopped garlic, vinegar, and tomato sauce, and cook it well.
9. After cooking for 5-10 minutes, turn off the gas. After this, add honey, chili sauce, sesame, and onion over the potatoes.
