Mango pickle
Raw mango - 2 kg
Turmeric Powder - 50 grams
Kalonji - 60 grams
Fenugreek seeds - 100 grams
Red chili, coarsely ground - 50 grams
Black pepper - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1 to 2 liters
Salt - 300 grams
Method
1. To make mango pickle, first heat oil in a pan and let it cool.
2. After this add fennel, fenugreek seeds, fennel, red chili, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, and half a cup of oil in a vessel and mix.
3. Now put a part of all the spices in a big utensil and add mango pieces to it and mix it well with your hands.
4. After this, put the pickled mango pieces in a pickle vessel (jar), add preheated and cooled oil, and keep it in the sun for about 6-7 days.
5. Make sure to stir the spicy pickle 2 to 3 times a day. With this, the spices and oil will mix well in the pickle.
6. Your spicy mango pickle is ready. Now if you want, you can eat roti or rice with anyone.
