Ingredients for making soup
- Butter one spoon
- Bottle gourd- one small bowl chopped
- Garlic-3 to four
- Onion – 1 small onion chopped
- Broccoli – one bowl
- Soaked Almonds-7 to 8
- Black pepper powder- 1 pinch
- Black salt- as per taste
Soup Recipe
- To make soup, first put the cooker on gas.
- Now add one spoon of butter to it
- Lightly fry onion and garlic in it.
- Now add a bottle of gourd and broccoli to it.
- Stir them well and add a cup of water to them.
- Now pack the cooker and cook it for 3 whistles.
- When all the ingredients are melted well, blend them and make a smooth puree.
- Now grind the soaked almonds in a grinder.
- Add almond paste to the puree.
- Add black salt and black pepper to it and serve hot.
