Curd is used for different hair problems. The lactic acid found in curd removes dead cells, cleanses the scalp and promotes the growth of hair follicles.

According to hair mask experts, the protein present in curd helps in nourishing thick and shiny hair. Curd can also be mixed with other household ingredients to make a hair mask. Hair mask experts say that yoghurt is part of a healthy diet, providing vitamins A and B, iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.

The combination of curd and lemon juice is healthy. Lemon juice has anti-fungal properties. A hair mask made with a combination of curd and lemon can help in preventing the problem of hair fall. Moreover, it also removes dandruff.

How to make a hair mask?
For best results, mix a few drops of lemon juice in two tablespoons of curd. Then mix them well and prepare a paste. Apply this hair mask thoroughly on the roots and length of the hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water. You have to apply this hair mask on washed hair. Do not shampoo at all immediately after removing the hair mask to see the best results.
