Carrot - 1 cup
Flour - two cups
Green chili - 2 finely chopped
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - half tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp

Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
salt - to taste

First of all, clean the carrot thoroughly with water. Now grate it. Put grated carrots in a bowl. Add wheat flour, green chilies, cumin powder, red chili powder, chopped ginger, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, celery, and mangrel and mix it well. You can also put some ghee or oil in it. Now add cold or lukewarm water to it and knead it like a dough. Do not let the dough get too wet otherwise, it will be difficult to roll it.
