Gond ladoo recipe
Ingredients -
- 3 tbsp edible gum,
- 4.5 tbsp ghee,
- 1 1/4 cup wheat flour,
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Ghee for deep frying
process
Heat 3½ tbsp ghee in a non-stick pan, add wheat flour and fry 6.
Fry it on low flame. After roasting well, keep it cool down.
To deep-fry the gond, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and deep-fry the gond till it puffs up. Take it out as well.
Now mix sugar powder, fried gum, cardamom powder, and the remaining 1 tbsp ghee and roasted flour in a deep vessel and mix well.
Divide this mixture into small equal parts and tie the laddoos. Store in a container and serve.
