* Ingredients needed to make Aloo Poha Paratha:

1. Poha - 1 ½ cup

2. Potato - 2 big

3. Green chili - 2-3

4. Ginger - 1 inch

5. Red chili powder - ½ tsp

6. Cumin - 1 tsp

7. Salt - 1 tsp

8. Coriander leaves - chopped

9. Ghee - as required

10. Water for kneading

* Easy recipe for making Aloo Poha Paratha:

1. To make Aloo Poha Paratha, first grind the poha in a mixie and filter it and keep it aside.

2. After this, peel the potatoes, cut them into medium pieces, add ginger, green chilies, and a little water, and make a puree out of it.

3. Now put this puree with poha powder in a bowl, add the rest of the spices and knead the dough, and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

4. After 10 minutes, knead the dough once again and roll it into balls.

5. Now heat the griddle and apply ghee to it.

6. Now put the rolled paratha on the pan and bake it applying ghee from both sides.

7. In this way your Tasty Aloo Poha Paratha is ready to be served with Raita.
