Method of making sesame laddu:

To make sesame laddu, you need- 1 cup sesame, 1/2 cup jaggery, 1/4 cup ghee and 1/2 cup dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds, raisins). First of all, lightly roast the sesame seeds. Then melt the jaggery on low flame. After this, heat ghee and add melted jaggery in it. Now add sesame seeds, dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well. Then let the mixture cool down a bit and then make small laddus.
