Chili cabbage
It is an Indo-Chinese dish. Chilli cabbage can be made in both dry and gravy ways. It is also easy to make.
Ingredients to make Chili Cabbage:
Cabbage, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, garlic, onion cut into pieces, green chilli, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder.
Chilli Cabbage Recipe
Step 1- Add salt to a pan and boil water. Then put cabbage in boiled water and let it soak.
Step 2- After some time, take out the cabbage. Add corn flour, salt, black pepper and cabbage in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3 Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cabbage.
Step 4- Heat some oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and fry. Then add onion, green chilli, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, salt and whole black pepper and fry.
Step 5- Now add the already-fried cauliflower and mix well. Mix a little corn flour in a cup of water, pour it into the pan and cook.
Your chilli cabbage is ready. Serve hot.
Ingredients to make Masala Potato Gobi Sabji
One cauliflower floret, potato, tomato, ginger, green chilli, green coriander, oil, cumin, asafoetida, turmeric powder, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, Kasuri fenugreek salt.
Masala Aloo Gobi Recipe
Step 1- Cut the cabbage into pieces and wash it thoroughly. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and wash them.
Step 2 - Now grind ginger, tomato, green chilli.
Step 3- Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until they turn light brown. Then take out and fry the cabbage in the same manner.
Step 4- Now remove excess oil from the pan and fry asafoetida and cumin seeds in it. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chillies, coarsely ground garam masala and kasuri methi and fry.
Step 5- After this add tomato, ginger, green chilli paste and add red chilli powder and fry. When the masala starts floating on the oil, add one cup of water, salt and garam masala and let it boil.
Step 6- Then add fried potatoes, cauliflower and chopped coriander and cook covered on low flame for some time. Your aloo gobi sabzi is ready.
