Garlic is very beneficial for health. Which keeps immunity right. So if you want to stay healthy during the winter season, then prepare and eat garlic paratha, here is its recipe.

Serves : 3

Ingredients;

  • 3 cups flour,
  • 1/2 cup chopped garlic,
  • 1-2 green chilies,
  • salt as per taste,
  • oil for baking,
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery

Method :

  • Peel and finely chop the garlic for the paratha.
  • Along with this, finely chop the green chilies as well.
  • Mix salt and celery in garlic, and green chilies and press it well with the help of a spoon so that all the things get mixed together.
  • After this, take flour in a vessel, and add salt, black pepper powder, celery, and garam masala to it. Knead it while adding water gradually. Leave it to set for a while.
  • Then make small balls of dough. Spread a mixture of garlic and green chilies over it and roll the paratha into the desired shape.
  • Keep baking the paratha on medium flame.
  • Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
