Like- Ayushman Bharat Yojana, whose name was changed recently to 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Scheme'. Special benefits are available under this scheme. Scheme and its benefits:-
The name of the scheme is 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Scheme'
Ayushman cards of eligible people are made under the scheme
Then through this Ayushman card, the cardholder can get treatment up to five lakh rupees free of cost in the listed hospitals.
See eligibility list:-
If there is a landless person
Destitute or tribal
If you live in a rural area
A person who belongs to a scheduled caste or tribe
If your house is in Kutcha
If someone is a daily wage laborer
If there is a disabled member in your family, etc., then you can take advantage of it by making an Ayushman card.

According to the list given above, if you are eligible, then you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra for an application.
You have to apply by visiting the center and get yourself registered
Along with an Aadhaar card, ration card, residence certificate along with mobile number should also be taken.
After this, your application is done.
